Sharks v Ducks 29^th April 2007

What started out as a cloudy,rainy day was soon brightened up by the big turnout at Auskick ,headed by Whitey and Drew
with Dagga,Rosco W,Smiley,Dan and a few other Sharks on hand to help out.Down came the showers of rain which didn't
dampen the enthusiasm of the young ones.Well done to all involvedNow down to the big game and the two coaches were very keen for a win.With big Ando in the middle and cool as a cucumber
Kinners circling around the centre like an unfed white pointer shark,Thommo with a licence to roam around the half forward line
and myself(Muzza)and Whishy on the wings ready to attack and Terry Tats down back the stage was set.With some nice foot
passing,big Azza showed that he's not just a hot looking sheila(check notice board),he's pretty handy in front of goal,until he blew
out his ankle which finished him for the rest of the game.With the absence of Gunge in the back lineit put Terry Tats with a huge
amount of pressure on him,but he had good help with Crawf and Smiley cutting sick and Rolls Royce and Dan the Man helping
move the ball up into the danger zone.Raggie' strong marking skill up forward was unable to trouble the score board although he
played really well.We saw the old dog Des taking some nice marks and finished his good work with a hand full of goals.He wasn't
the only one up front who performed.Mark(Lockett)Anderson moved out of the ruck and into full forward to bag about four goals
and not to be left out No Toungie Youngie snapped a couple of majors.Dagga took strong marks all over the gound and rucked
when needed.The Ducks tried very hard with the help of Pongo bursting through the centre taking on about three players-they
went down like bowling pins with big Jezza and Mal throwing their weight around,unfortantly Mal got caught by an oversize
wingman-Mal turned around and said shit your fast for an old bloke!Big Troy kicking a goal wasn't enough .Belly wasn't his usaul
B.O.G but put in(playing kick to kick with Whishy).Whitey copped one in the back and umpire Squares took charge and Whitey
got a 30 metre penalty but was unable to convert.With Golden Lion Dagga splitting the middle to put the game well an truly out of
reach.The late arrival of Pig Needham and Shit I'm in Bunnings Penna gave the Sharks a fresh boost which left the under manned Ducks quacking fo cover.
